Session Disclaimer Assisted Lymphatic Therapy (ALT) sessions at Broken & Beautiful – Wellness by Design are intended to support the lymphatic system through targeted lymphatic decongestion, gentle tissue stimulation, and relaxation. ALT is a complementary wellness modality and is not a medical treatment, nor is it designed to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Karen Frost provides education based on her background as a retired Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Assisted Lymphatic Therapist, and her own personal healing journey. At times, Karen may share research, personal experiences, or wellness tools she has used herself. This information is for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Karen does not provide medical recommendations or diagnose conditions. She encourages all clients to consult their licensed healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns, symptoms, or decisions related to their health. By participating in ALT sessions or wellness offerings, clients acknowledge that they are responsible for their own healthcare decisions and agree to seek appropriate medical guidance when needed.
